Payment

Ebert accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, all VISA payment cards, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners, MobilePay, Klarna, Viabill and Paypal.

We do not add any surcharges when you are paying by card.
A transaction fee will be added to company cards and cards issued outside EU/EEA countries of 2.95%.
If you are using Diners Club, you need a merchant agreement with Diners Club.

The purchase amount will not be charged from your account until the product(s) is/are shipped.

Shipping and delivery

Ebert uses pakkelabels.dk as our shipping partner, which then goes through local shipping services.

Delivery is only possible to countries within EU/EEA countries.

All amounts are in euro, including VAT.

 

Return Policy

As a customer you have a 14 days cancellation right when you order at our web shop.

The right to cancel expires 14 days after the day you have received your order. If you have ordered several items in the same purchase, but they are delivered individually, the right to cancel expires 14 days after you have received the last item.

The right to cancel include that you have 14 days from receiving the product(s) to notify us about your wish to return. You can send a mail to info@ebert-denmark.comor use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of the page.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the order without notifying us.

Cancellation of part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items, you have the option of cancelling one or more of the items received, even though it is purchased as one order.

Note that you will not get any refund for the shipment cost if you cancel part of your purchase.

Returns

When you have notified us about your cancellation of the purchase, you have 14 days to ship the item(s) back to us.
You will pay for the shipment costs of returning the parcel and you are responsible if the goods are damaged during transport.

Item condition when you return

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what is necessary to identify the item, functions and how it works, only part or none of your purchase amount will be reimbursed.

The amount you can get refunded is dependant on the item value.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packing.
If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to loss of value of the item.

Reimbursement

If you cancel your order you will get you money back. If the item has lost value, we subtract the amount you are responsible for.

We refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (this does not apply if you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), no later than 14 days after we have received your cancellation notification.

We transfer the money by the same payment method that you used for the purchase, unless something else have been agreed.

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you send us documentation before returning it.

We will not accept packages sent by COD.

Guarantee

When you order at our shop you have a right to submit a complaint within 24 months. Contact us before you ship the parcel.
If your complaint is justified, you can get the item repaired, changed, get your money refunded or partially refunded depending on the specific situation.

You must complain within a “reasonable time period” after you have discovered the default. If you complain within two months after discovering the default, your complaint will always be considered timely.

If your complaint is justifiable we will refund the (reasonable) shipping costs for the return. The item must be returned in suitable packaging. Remember to save a receipt for the shipment so we can refund the costs.

We only receive parcels that are directly delivered to the address.
When you return the item, please include a detailed description of the problem.

If you are in doubt about a complaint, please send a description and one or more pictures of the product to info@ebert-denmark.com.

We will not accept packages sent by COD.

By using the website ebert-denmark.com, you agree that we process your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy, which is accessible here: LINK

We register and transfer the information that is necessary to deliver your purchase to you.
Ebert-Denmark register your personal information and it is stored for five years, where they afterwards will be deleted. We co-operate with several other companies, who store and process data. The companies exclusively handle data on our behalf and is not allowed to use them for other purposes.

We need the following information when you shop at our web shop: Name, address, tlf.nr. and e-mail.

We only co-operate with data processors in the EU or in countries where your information will be handled with adequate security.

In order to develop and improve Ebert-Denmark.com, we keep information about how you use the website.

You have the right to get insight into which information we keep about you.
If the information is inaccurate, you have the right to get them changed. In some cases, we have the obligation of deleting your personal data on your demand. E.g. if your data is no longer necessary in relation to the purpose we need them for. You can also contact us, if you think your personal data is handled contrary to the law.
