How long does it take to get my watch delivered?
Up to three business days, but we strive to deliver faster than that.


Can I have my watch delivered elsewhere than in Denmark?
Yes, but only in countries that are members of the EU.
What is the guarantee on the watch?
It carries a two-year guarantee.


What do I do if my watch has a defect?
Contact Ebert Denmark and describe any faults / defects eventually with pictures.


What is not covered under the guarantee?
Ordinary wear and negligible behavior with the product are not covered.
When will the money be deducted?
– The money is withdrawn when the item is delivered, but is reserved upon dispatch.


What payment options are there?
– You can pay with Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. What if I have changes to my order after I have ordered and paid? – Contact Ebert Denmark within two days of ordering for change of order.

Is the watch waterproof?
– The watch is waterproof down to 5 ATM (50 meters depth).

Does the watch fit all wrists?
– The watch is unisex and can be adapted to all wrists.

What do I do if I lose a screw for the case?
– Included are four extra screws for the case, which are found in the envelope in the box you received your watch in.

If I regret my purchase, can I get the money back?
Yes, however, the watch must be returned in unused condition within 14 days of receipt.


Should I pay to send the watch back?
Upon return within 14 days, the return is paid using the included return label.
